SMART GOALS

1.  Specific & Measurable 

Set you sights on something vague and that is exactly what you will get.

Be specific and that is what you will get.

Know EXACTLY what you want and set your sights on it.

You have to be able to measure it out. ($5,000, $10,000, 5lbs, 10lbs)

2.  Attainable & Realistic 

Of course we want to aim high.  There is nothing wrong with that what so ever.

However there is a principle that has allowed me to reach new heights on a daily basis.

Small wins.

If you keep on winning and keep on reaching goals you will eventually reach those big goals.

If you continually aim too high and not achieve what you set out you start to get discouraged and have the self loathing.

3.  Time Based

You MUST put a timer on your goals.

If there is no time stamp there will be no urgency.

If there in no urgency there will be no goal met.

“I will be consistently earning $10,000 per month by Oct 1st 2015”
